Video: Brock Osweiler says he’s a starting QB to snarky reporter

The audio has been out for a few days, but the video is always better. Brock tells this reporter that the game film from the last two seasons shows that he is a starting level QB in the NFL. The reporter then fires back and says “some people would say the proof is not in the film.” This is worth watching, for sure.
