Texans sign rookie RB D’Onta Foreman

The Texans have their entire 2017 draft class under contract after locking Foreman up on a 4-year deal with a total contract value of $3,159,144. Foreman was the Doak Walker Award winner last year and rushed for 2,028 yards and 15 touchdowns. The 21-year-old back measured in at 6-0, 234 pounds and really raised some eyebrows at his pro-day when he ran a 4.45 forty. Lamar Miller really seemed to wear down last year and the addition of Foreman could pay huge dividends. The Texans will look to lean on their running game with their inexperience at QB and dominant defense.
