Harden Looked Like Cutler After a Four Interception Game

Fred and A.J. had a deep discussion about the last minutes of the Rockets loss to the Spurs in game 5. A.J. felt that Harden was struggling in the fourth quarter before the game even got to overtime, and his confidence may have been an issue. At one point, James Harden went a full fifteen minutes in the game without scoring.

Fatigue seemed to be a factor

Perhaps all the minutes that Harden played over the course of the season are starting to catch up with him, and the Rockets only used seven players in the game, which made things worse. Fred stated that the rotation was altered due to Nene being out for the season, and it has become a huge problem. Finally, the guys really wanted to see some genuine emotion from James Harden after the heartbreaking loss, and they even went so far as to compare Harden’s temperament to Jay Cutler’s.
