Once you arrive, tell an employee you are there for the ESPN 97.5 Weight Loss Challenge and they will have you fill out a form and weigh in there. This is so we have an official record for the challenge. Your information will be confidential and not used for promotional use. When we have secured the location for the final weigh in we will reach out to you again to let you know the details.
Not only are you working for a new healthier your, but your weight loss could win you an Awesome Prize Package! There will be a Grand Prize Weight Loss winner for each weight class.
The 250lbs and under grand prize winner will receive a Fantasy Sports Ticker from Tickercom.net.
The 251lbs – 300lbs weight class winner will be rewarded with a Houston Family Nutrition package that includes dinner for 2 prepared by Chef Mo, Healthy Home Makeover, and a Grocery Store Tour for Healthy Living.
Finally, the 301lbs and above grand prize winner will receive one month’s free meals from Healthy Gourmet Your Way. (Equals total of 84 meals – a $1000 retail value.)
