The NFL has suspended Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott for the first 6 games of the season for violating the NFL’s personal conduct policy. Elliott has 6 days to appeal and if the suspension is upheld, he would be eligible to make his season debut against the Washington Redskins on Oct. 29. Elliott’s alleged victim, Tiffany Thompson, is claiming that Elliott assaulted her on five separate occasions.
