After missing 17 games due to a left hamstring injury, Chris Paul will start for the Houston Rockets in Sunday’s game against the Orlando Magic.
Chris Paul has been out since December 20th after suffering a hamstring injury in a game against the Miami Heat. Paul was averaging 15.6 points per game, eight assists per game and four rebounds per game before suffering the injury. Paul missed two games earlier in the season to a sore left leg. Mike D’Antoni is targeting a maximum of 30 minutes for Paul in his return after injury.
His presence is necessary considering James Harden has had to carry the team on his shoulders with the absence of Paul and Clint Capela.
